Claude Peak Hours by Timezone: Your Local Times

Claude's peak hours are defined in Pacific Time: 5–11 AM on weekdays. Here is what that means where you live. During peak hours, sessions in Claude chat and on the Free plan drain faster, and servers are at their busiest.

Times below are for most of the year. When daylight saving time starts or ends on different dates in the US and your country, the window can shift by an hour for a few weeks. Our live checker always shows the exact time.

Americas

  • Los Angeles, Vancouver: 5 AM – 11 AM
  • Denver: 6 AM – 12 PM
  • Chicago, Mexico City: 7 AM – 1 PM (Mexico City: 6 AM – 12 PM in US summer)
  • New York, Toronto: 8 AM – 2 PM
  • São Paulo: 9 AM – 3 PM (10 AM – 4 PM in US winter)
